About the Role
We are looking for a Documentum CoE to join a dynamic team responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and enhancement of Documentum applications. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and managing system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & System Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Documentum applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Provide technical expertise for Documentum D2 and Capital Projects, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications.
- Administer and support the Reveille monitoring and analytics platform for Documentum.
Issue Resolution & User Support
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Documentum applications.
- Provide end-user training and technical support, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Regularly manage Documentum-related tickets in ServiceNow and follow through to resolution.
Collaboration & Solution Delivery
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Support integration of Documentum with external platforms (SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.) through APIs and web services.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in ECM, security, and system architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience with the Documentum platform.
- Strong knowledge of Webtop 16.x, DFC 21.x, and Content Server 20.x.
- 3+ years of experience configuring both Documentum D2 and Documentum Capital Projects.
- 3+ years in a Java development role (Java 1.8+).
- Experience with SQL databases preferred.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apache Tomcat and object-oriented programming.
- Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, and web service models.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases, network architecture, firewalls, and high-availability environments.
- Experience managing support tickets using ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud deployment is a plus.
