Job Title: Supervisor (Offshore Scope)

To supervise offshore operational activities in a designated work area, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production. The role involves leading panel officers, operators, and field staff to monitor and control equipment and process flows, while supporting operational requirements aligned with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement production procedures; continuously review for improvements.
2. Supervise offshore operations and ensure alignment with design specifications.
3. Plan and allocate tasks to staff, monitor progress, and adjust priorities as needed.
4. Support maintenance planning to minimize equipment downtime.
5. Authorize work, ensure procedural compliance, and manage offshore activity logs.
6. Conduct inspections to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and procedural adherence.
7. Identify training needs and support development programs for operators and nationals.
8. Act as Incident Controller during emergencies and communicate with superiors.
9. Participate in risk management activities including RBWS, Re-HAZOP, and Safety Cases.
10. Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with relevant vocational training.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong operational knowledge of production equipment and control systems.

Skills Required

• Effective communication in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical knowledge in offshore operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software tools.
