d2m Services is seeking on behalf of its partner leading supervision works for an offshore project in Angola a highly skilled and proactive HSE professional to support critical offshore operations. The role requires immediate mobilization to oversee and manage offshore activities, including vessel anchoring, diving operations, towing, and navigation, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recognized international HSE certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH) are highly desirable.
• Mandatory BOSIET / STCW BST certification.
• Minimum 5 years of offshore HSE experience in the oil & gas sector.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of offshore HSE standards (IMCA, ISO 45001, OGP, CABGOC).
• Proven experience in risk assessments, incident analysis, and safety audits.
• Competent in conducting emergency drills and safety briefings.
