Job Title- OFS Workshop Lead 
Location- Basra, Iraq
Industry: Upstream / Oilfield Services

Essential Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in Oilfield Services (OFS) workshop operations.
• Strong background in repair/overhaul of one or more:
  • Drilling tools (motors, jars, stabilizers, MWD/LWD)
  • Pressure control equipment (BOPs, choke/kill manifolds)
  • Wellhead/X-mas tree components
  • Pumps, valves, hydraulic & mechanical assemblies
• Experience managing teams in hazardous, high-volume workshop environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of API & ISO standards (e.g., API 6A, 7, 16A, 5CT).
• Familiarity with NDT processes (MPI, DPI, UT) and pressure testing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and OEM procedures.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.).
