Coordinate dimensional control activities for load-out, transportation, and offshore installation readiness.

Perform dimensional inspection of Jackets and piles, Topsides and modules, Deck frames and skids, Lifting trunnions, grillages and padeyes.

Ensure correct alignment, plumbness, levelness, and geometry control. Oversee pre-assembly and mating interface checks.

Supervise as-built surveys and prepare final dimensional reports. Maintain Out of Tolerance (OOT) register.

Manage and maintain survey instruments including:

Total Stations, Theodolites, Laser trackers, 3D scanning systems. Ensure calibration and certification of survey equipment.

Implement digital survey software and 3D modeling tools for dimensional verification.

Interface with client representatives and third-party inspectors.  Participate in technical meetings regarding installation tolerances and offshore mating requirements.

Ensure compliance with yard HSE policies during survey operations.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in dimensional control or surveying.
• At least 5 years in offshore platform fabrication (jackets, topsides, modules).
• Exposure in International standards DNV OS C 401, NORSOK M 101, AWS  D1.1 etc.,
• Experience in large EPC fabrication yards.
• Experience supporting load-out and offshore installation activities.
• Strong knowledge of offshore fabrication tolerances.
• Proficiency in survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3D survey software).
• Experience with heavy lift alignment and mating interface control.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes.
• Understanding of offshore installation constraints and sea fastening.
