SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for Offshore Logistics Superintendent to join its workforce in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities:
Offshore Logistics Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore logistics activities in support of drilling, completions, and well intervention operations.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of drilling materials, tubulars, chemicals, tools, and equipment to offshore locations.
- Coordinate marine and aviation logistics, including vessels, helicopters, and personnel transportation.
Drilling & Completions Logistics Support
- Provide logistics support for drilling and completions campaigns to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate the movement and availability of OCTG, drilling fluids, cementing materials, completion equipment, and other critical consumables.
- Liaise closely with drilling, completions, marine, procurement, and warehouse teams to meet operational requirements.
HSE & Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies, offshore logistics procedures, and industry standards.
- Promote safe cargo handling, lifting operations, and transportation practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international maritime and aviation regulations.
The Offshore Logistics Superintendent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all offshore logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of personnel, drilling materials, equipment, and supplies to offshore assets. The role requires extensive knowledge of drilling and completions services logistics, marine operations, supply chain coordination, and compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
