Job Description:

• Develop detailed shutdown/TAR execution plans considering offshore operational and logistical constraints.
• Define shutdown scope, resource requirements, materials, tools, and marine support.
• Ensure all shutdown activities are fully defined and engineered, risk assessed, and SIMOPS compliant.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure shutdown readiness and alignment.
• Establish and monitor shutdown milestones, critical path, and execution sequences.
• Identify and resolve planning conflicts, constraints, and resource limitations.
• Ensure timely procurement and mobilization of all shutdown-related materials and services.
• Monitor shutdown execution progress and report deviations against baseline schedule.
• Lead shutdown planning meetings, progress reviews, and readiness assessments.
• Ensure proper documentation, Work packs, reports, IWB and close-out of shutdown activities.

        ordinate and execute with the Maintenance Planning team under the Company policies and Safety & Environment Standard, the following tasks, for SD/TAR of Bouri field Platform equipment:

• To provide Technical plans with drawings or Isometric in case pipeline replacement is part of the SD scope, will be used for prefabrication phase.
• To ensure that all shutdown related activities have been accurately scoped, correctly resourced and that all required materials to address the activities are available to meet scheduled shutdown delivery commitments.
• To lead the offshore multi discipline team in shutdown preparation scope and delivery ensuring Company integrity processes, procedures and management of change are adhered to.
• Take ownership of shutdown preparations for offshore activities as required, including site visits.
• Ensure that the requirements are identified to fully develop the Shutdown and support the offshore team during implementation.
• Custodian of the overall shutdown plan with agreed shutdown strategy, milestones, and success criteria. Conduct meetings with all onshore/offshore department heads and focal points for shutdown preparations. planning and development in accordance with success criteria.
• Ensuring that adequate offshore resources and structure is adequately planned to execute the shutdown activities safely and efficiently and shutdown productivity offshore does not exceed the planned estimate.
• Maintain action tracking system with optimum flow of shutdown information to all parties concerned. Monitor and identify progress in shutdown planning and identify conflicts and/or clashes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring all onshore and offshore resource including manpower, materials, consumables requirements for shutdown are planned and sourced in a timely manner to avoid any unwarranted delays.

Educational Level and Training:

• Bachelor' s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or engineering technology, of a recognized

University, MBA is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill, in English

Required Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in his line of profession and actual experience in oil & gas industry, onshore and offshore, SD TAR preparation and coordinator.
• Demonstrable experience working offshore in a engineering, construction engineering or maintenance environment.
• Experience and good understanding of onshore and offshore oil & gas plant, maintenance activities and operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Shutdown, Oil and Gas, petrochemical industry, requirements, and practices AutodCAD 2D/3D
• Competent in the use of MS Office applications; Microsoft Project, Primavera; MAXIM07 .6 Experience in Piping design and stress analysis; Isometrics, P&lD Schedule and chair shutdown kickoff, progress, and activation meetings.
• Create and distribute minutes from project meetings.
• Assist in the process of scheduling the installation of equipment.
• Monitor project progress relative to schedule and budget and notify the Management of any discrepancies. Gather and distribute project close-out documents.
