Job Title: Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

Working Location: Qatar Onshore and Offshore Project

Contract Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 1 year (possible extension due to multiple years project contract)

Work Schedule: Rotation - 90 days on/ 30 days off

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee pipeline pre-commissioning activities on offshore and onshore projects.
- Ensure all operations comply with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate teams during offshore operations.
- Operate and troubleshoot pre-commissioning equipment as necessary.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to plan and execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of pipeline pre-commissioning experience.
- Strong experience with offshore/subsea projects is required.
- Previous supervisory experience in offshore operations preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and planning skills.
- Experience in the GCC region preferred.
- Preferred ability to operate PPS flood pumps, pressure pumps, lift pumps, and dead weight testers (instrument).
- Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills on pre-commissioning equipment preferred.
