Job Title: Project Director

Working Location: Malaysia
Contract Type: 12 months

Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of offshore installation and construction projects, ensuring safe, profitable and timely execution while managing client relationships, project strategy, commercial performance and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for project delivery, HSE, quality, schedule and cost.
- Lead project execution strategy, resource planning and risk management.
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor commercial performance, budgets and change management.
- Drive project readiness, execution and close-out activities.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- 20+ years in Oil & Gas / Offshore projects involving engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning or transportation and installation.
- Extensive project leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
