Offshore Operations Manager

Working Location: Malaysia
Contract Type: 12 months

Role Purpose
Lead offshore installation and construction operations, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage offshore installation activities and operational resources.
- Coordinate vessel operations, logistics and offshore execution plans.
- Review installation procedures and operational methodologies.
- Lead operations teams and supervise project execution.
- Resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project requirements.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- Extensive offshore installation and construction experience.
- Knowledge of offshore transport and installation as well as engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.
- Leadership experience managing offshore teams.
