Key Accountabilities:

-Analyse well integrity technical & operational issues, including providing well integrity technical and operational advice and influence department and assest teams on related issues.
- Develop multidisciplinary programs and investigations related to well integrity including well site engineering support and/or operations supervision as required to execute well integrity interventions and investigations.
- Provide technical and operational leadership to internal and project teams.
- Propose integrated and effective solutions to well integrity problems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience:

- 8 Years post-degree, relevant working experience including well integrity compliance, rig based & rigless wellwork, workovers, drilling and completions and production engineering and operations. Offshore experience is an advantage.
- 5 years working with multidisciplinary teams 
- Significant experience with well integrity management, including knowledge and understanding of wellheads and trees and their maintenance requirements, subsurface equipment, cased hole and production logging, wellbore flow assurance, injection well design, tubular design, sustained casing pressure management and leakoff testing.
- Experience working in or with a major international and integrated oil company.

Technical and Business Skills:

- Fluent in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with Several organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to use common PC software (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and project) and functional specific software.
- Requires strong analytical, organizational and planning skills.
