Permit To Work Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Provide support to Operations Team Leader and on-shift Production Supervisor related to typical Control of Work coordination
Your main duties will be to:
Act as a Permit Coordinator in the verification of PTW's and Risk Assessment.
Act as an Isolating Authority to ensure that all isolations are designed, implemented and removed.
Act as a focal in managing the PTW Visual Management Dashboard.
Act as an Operating Authority Representative to verify work is carried out safely.
Participate in Daily Permit To Work Meetings, actively involved in the review of hazards and controls.
Support the platform in transferring paper PTWs, Risk Assessments and Long Term Isolations to a new electronic system (eVision).
Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met.
Promote NOC core values by being a safety role model, showing trust, respect and commitment, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Promote cost consciousness in order to embed a strong cost culture.
Drive an incident free environment by establishing and maintaining a strong incident free culture.
Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, that ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plant Integrity.
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
