- Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the quality profession (e.g.ASQ Body of Knowledge)
- Prepare entrance inspection procedure and ensure First Article inspection and Entrance inspection are performed
- Support and implement fixed equipment mechanical integrity initiatives
- Prepare Inspection Work Plans for specialized testing pneumatic, acoustic emissions
- Develop inspection processes and programs including CMM, CT, Laser & Visible Light
- Contribute to technical assessments for process deviations (DMS evaluations) CAPA's and RCA's
- Co-ordination and management of projects inspection activities
- Review suppliers’ Inspection and Test Plans in accordance with individual project requirements
- Maintain Project Inspection Schedules
- Preparation and distribution of Inspection Assignments packages
