Job Description
The Drilling and Completions Fluids Specialist provides onsite services under general supervision, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable fluid management for well construction and completion operations. This role involves testing, measuring, and supervising fluid pumping and mixing activities, performing technical analysis, and delivering practical recommendations to maintain optimal fluid properties. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product and Service Delivery) to customers.
• Execute service delivery and ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Test and monitor fluid properties, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Supervise fluid pumping and mixing operations at the wellsite.
• Provide technical analysis and recommendations for fluid control and performance.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing CAT, self-assessments, and well-site inspections.
• Attend Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, wear PPE, and maintain required safety training.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years handling and working with ZnBr₂/CaBr₂, CaBr₂, or other non-standard completion fluids.
• Open hole gravel pack experience is a strong plus.
