• Key Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing activities for pipeline and flowline packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely updates on changes or variations (VORs).
• Prepare and maintain documentation for kick-off meetings, supplier performance tracking, and project reporting.
• Ensure proper implementation of document control procedures and maintain documentation flow across internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage documentation related to goods receipt, quarantine, returns, and warranty claims.
• Collaborate with Material Workflow Managers (MWM) to integrate delivery schedules into overall project timelines.
• Monitor supplier progress and expedite deliveries to avoid delays.
• Support inspection and TPI activities, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Act as a key interface between suppliers, logistics, engineering, and project teams.
• Resolve payment disputes (VIM cases) and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience in pipeline and flowline sourcing within EPC or production facility projects.
• Strong understanding of P&ID, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with project planning and execution procedures.
• Hands-on experience with supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
