Driller – Onshore Drilling Campaign Location: Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Driller to join an onshore drilling campaign in the Kurdistan Region. The role is offered on a 4/4 rotation with an immediate start, paid on a USD daily rate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of 1500 HP land drilling rigs, ensuring all drilling activities are executed in line with the drilling program, company procedures, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control 1500 HP land rigs from the driller’s chair
• Supervise and coordinate drill floor crews
• Monitor drilling parameters and optimize drilling performance
• Ensure full compliance with HSE and well control procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Respond effectively to operational challenges and drilling issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Driller on 1500 HP land rigs
• Valid well control certification (IWCF or IADC)
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset
• Previous experience in the Middle East or similar environments preferred
• Medically fit for rotational onshore work

Package

• USD-paid daily rate
• 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation
• 6-month contract, with potential for extension
• Immediate mobilisation for suitable candidates
