About the Role!
An accounting clerk, also known as a bookkeeping clerk, is a financial professional who supports an organization's accounting department with administrative and financial tasks. Accounting clerks usually work under the supervision of an accountant or financial manager.
Essential Responsibilities:-
- Detail oriented. Familiarity with standard office machines. Familiarity with spreadsheet computer programs preferred ( Microsoft Office )
- Ability to interface well with employees, customers and vendors on a daily basis.
- Oversees the tasks of sending new Invoices to clients and ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time.
- Completing customer and internal paperwork ( DILIP )
- Aware of SAP program ( No Need much experience )
- Support with daily Job service tickets, filing and uploading Job packages
- Being accountable for coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements
- Working closely with the Service delivery coordinator to resolve service ticket issues.
To be successful in this role you will:
- High School Degree/Diploma or Equivalent
- Should have some accounts experience background.
