🔸Bachelors degree in mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (or a related
field). Advanced degrees are preferred.
🔸Proven experience (10 years) in Plant Integrity management in the oil and gas
industry, with a strong focus on Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Risk- Based
Inspection (RBI), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.
🔸Knowledge and experience of design, selection, and application of temporary
repair methods according to ASME PCC-2.
🔸Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to Pressure
vessels, Tanks and piping ( API, ASME, and NACE).
🔸Proficiency in Assessing Pipeline using fitness for service principles (API 579,
BS 7910, etcetera)
🔸Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies and integrity
management systems (IMS).
🔸Certification in relevant fields such as API 570, API 510, API 653, or similar
certifications is desired.
🔸Knowledge integrity management software systems such as Meridium APMS,
Credo, RBMI, ACET, is preferred.
🔸Understanding of NDT techniques and in-service application of conventional
and advance technologies.
