๐ธBachelorโs degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field). Advanced degrees are preferred.
๐ธProven experience (10 years) in Plant Integrity Management in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on Fitness-for-Service (FFS), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques.
๐ธKnowledge and experience of design, selection, and application of temporary repair methods according to ASME PCC-2.
๐ธFamiliarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to Pressure vessels, Tanks and piping ( API, ASME,and NACE).
๐ธProficiency in Assessing Pipeline using fitness for service principles (API 579, BS 7910, etcetera)
๐ธExperience with Risk-based Inspection (RBI) Methodologies and Integrity Management Systems (IMS).
๐ธCertification in relevant fields such as API 570, API 510, API 653, or similar certifications is desired.
๐ธKnowledge integrity management software systems such as Meridium APMS, Credo, RBMI, ACET, is preferred.
๐ธUnderstanding of NDT techniques and in-service application of conventional and advance technologies.
๐ธStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
๐ธExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
๐ธAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
