πΈBachelorβs degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
πΈProven experience (10 years) in pipeline integrity management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
πΈIn-depth knowledge of pipeline design principles, integrity assessment techniques, Pipeline Remediation and Repair and corrosion control measures.
πΈFamiliarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to pipeline integrity, material selection and corrosion control (e.g., ASME B31.4/B31.8, NACE MR0175/SP0102, POF).
πΈProficiency in Assessing Pipeline using fitness for service principles: ( PDAM, B31G, R-Strength, DNV-F101, etcetera)
πΈExperience with Risk-based Inspection (RBI) methodologies and Integrity Management Systems (IMS).
πΈNACE Internal Corrosion Technologist and NACE Pipeline Corrosion Integrity Management (PCIM) Technologist certifications are highly desirable.
πΈStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze inspection data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
πΈProficiency in using integrity assessment software and tools, such as GEOPIPE, ROSEN, PVI or similar.
πΈExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
πΈStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
