No experience / No degree- Check flow rates and pressures to verify optimal production.
- Check wellheads, GPUs and auxiliary equipment for signs of leaks.
- Check transducer readings and report any erroneous readings.
- Dump sand traps and note well specific sand volumes (light, medium, or heavy).
- Inspect tank batteries for signs of leaks.
- Check tank levels and ensure tank loadout is functioning properly.
- Check containment and call to have remediated if necessary.
- Grease plug vales at the required intervals.
- If the pad is equipped with chemical injection check tote levels and pump rates to ensure they are operating as intended.
- Complete shift summaries during and at the end of each shift.
- Driving designated routes according to customer requirements.
- Become familiar with or learn customer programs as specified.
- Complete field operations in accordance with EHS policies and procedures.
- Become familiar with general oil and gas construction and maintenance.
- Maintain good interpersonal and customer relationships.
- Become familiar with hand tools required for general construction and general maintenance jobs.
- Make certain that all required personal protective equipment is being used.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed to avoid accidents, damage to equipment, and harm to the environment or any other personnel.
- Immediately report all incidents to the EHS group.
- Perform any other labor functions as directed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle if necessary.
- Previous oil and gas experience (1 year).
- Strong computer/technology skills.
- Confined space certification if necessary (training will be provided).
- Preferred experience in gas processing facility work, production facility work, or manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to adapt and be a team player in various environments and situations (service environment).
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and work well in a fast paced, evolving organization.
- Willing/able to work in all weather conditions.
- Self-motivated and able to remain productive without immediate supervision present
- Lifting (up to 50 lbs), Sitting, Squatting, Kneeling, Overhead Reach, Downward force/motion, Pulling/Pushing, Climbing (steps, ladder, in and out of vehicles), Bending
