Construction Planner – Germany | Freelance 

Location: Onsite in Germany

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Planner to support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring on a major industrial site in Germany.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules (P6), progress reports, histograms, S-curves, and critical path analysis.
• Review and validate contractor schedules, resources, and progress claims.
• Track performance, flag variances, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure timely execution.

✅ Requirements:

• Engineering degree with 6 years' planning experience (4 in oil/gas/petrochem).
• Expert in Primavera P6, Excel, and planning tools.
• Strong reporting, analysis, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English. PMP or similar certification a plus.
