🔸Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

🔸Proven experience (3 years) as a project manager, leading business transformation project is a plus.

🔸Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues

🔸Broad understanding of HR, Finance, IT processes, related concepts, and techniques.

🔸Knowledge and hands-on experience with HR solution or transformation program

🔸Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner

🔸Experience in Change Management role (influencing and embedding change)

🔸Project management skills (Agile, Traditional)
