Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable to manage all construction activities related to assigned project site, supervise the major functions of the construction which include Site planning, task scheduling, engineering input to construction team, coordination, resources mobilization, manpower, equipment and materials planning in line with approved drawings, specifications, project scope, and quality limitations
• Well experience for installation of Static and Rotary equipment, (Example Vessels, column, Different type of pump, valves including Gas Turbine as well as power generation)
• Well versed with interpretation of engineering drawing Like P&Ids, GAD. Plant layout etc.
• Well versed with ASME codes and other international standards.
• Interdisciplinary co-ordination with all departments for completing the job, participate in project meeting, prepare weekly \ monthly report.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and quality regulations.Reporting to  Field coordinator (Site) and JPT director (Tripoli Office)

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering or Equivalent
• Typically, in Engineering (Mechanical Chemical, or related fields) or Equivalent with minimum 15 years exp in Oil & GAS project commissioning and start up.
• Strong Experience of handling Oil and Gas Site project.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with Site projects staff.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given by client Site Personal, prescribed routines and standard accepted working practices.
• Coordination between EPC contractors for site issue.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Physical Requirements:

Candidate shall be fit for site condition and aware of International HSE Standard
