Logistic Superintendent – Operations
Location: Buliisa, Uganda | Rotation: Site-based, rotational | Duration: 18 months | Start: Q3 2025

A major upstream oil & gas project in Uganda is seeking an experienced Logistic Superintendent to lead petroleum logistics operations across multiple field sites. This rotational role supports production readiness, logistics infrastructure handover, and operational efficiency in a complex and remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics for operations, including camps, support base, chemical storage, and well pads.
• Manage key contracts (catering, transport, lifting equipment, chemical logistics).
• Lead logistics infrastructure commissioning and operational handover.
• Ensure HSE compliance and reporting across all logistics activities.
• Supervise site logistics team and support personnel movement and equipment availability.
• Implement and manage stock/spare parts systems (SAP/UNISOL), diesel fuel controls, and related KPIs.
• Support contract performance reviews and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years' experience in oil & gas logistics at operational sites.
• Strong background in logistics planning, contract management, and HSE leadership.
• SAP proficiency and experience with large-scale inventory systems.
• Fluent in English; strong leadership and coordination skills.
