UFR QA/QC Lead – Offshore Suriname Project (Block 58)
Location: France (initial residency), then rotational (4 weeks in Suriname / 2 weeks remote / 2 weeks off)
Contract Type: Consultant – Fixed Daily Rate
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months minimum (with extensions through project lifecycle – up to 5 years)

Are you a seasoned QA/QC professional with a strong background in UFR (Umbilicals, Flowlines, Risers) systems? We're looking for a UFR QA/QC Lead to support a high-profile offshore development project in Suriname (Block 58) during its execution phase.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with deep quality leadership experience on major subsea EPC scopes, strong ISO 9001 process control knowledge, and a proven ability to interface with global contractors, vendors, and third-party inspection authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC implementation across Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Fabrication phases
• Approve and monitor contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, and certification deliverables
• Supervise inspection teams and support audits, NCRs, KPIs, and lessons learned
• Ensure compliance with contract Exhibit H and ISO 9001 frameworks
• Liaise with Third Party Inspection Authorities across global vendor sites
• Interface closely with the Project Quality Manager and UFR Package team

Requirements:

• 15 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry
• 10 years on major offshore/subsea/UFR projects
• Fluency in English and French
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 & subsea quality systems
• Willingness to relocate to France initially, then transition to rotational schedule

Work Schedule:

• France (Resident): July – December 2025
• Rotation from Jan 2026: 4 weeks Suriname / 2 weeks remote / 2 weeks off
