Reliability Technician responsibilities:

• LDAR (leak detection and repair) surveys for EPA regulatory comliance. ~200 surveys to be completed by the Reliability team each quarter as well as associated repairs.
• Fixed wing and satellite emission finding technology response, troubleshooting and repair
• Twice daily flare pilot status monitoring and flare repairs.
• Twice daily tank pressure monitoring and repair of upset conditions.
• Temporary chemical injection skid coordination with vendor(s) based on application needs. Grounding equipment and pre-start up safety reviews.
• Batch chemical treatment oversight
• Data driven identification of surface failures/trends and root cause failure analysis to eliminate defects
• Interface with engineering, maintenance, automation and operations to eliminate repeat failures
