🔸Minimum 6 years in HR roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or Oil and Gas projects.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
🔸At least 3 years coordinating HR activities in a multicultural project environment.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
🔸Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and compliance requirements.
🔸Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 / 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮
🔸Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
🔸Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
🔸Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
🔸Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
