🔸Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Education preferably with a Major in Human Resources Management
🔸Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development function
🔸Proficient in MS Office applications and communication platforms
🔸Customer focus, robust and clear communication, results oriented, planning and accountability
🔸Critical thinking, highly structured and able to monitor and follow up ahead changes in schedule, content, workload
🔸Facilitation skills, knowledge of Talent Processes (Talent Management, Leadership development)
