๐ธ8 to 10 years relevant experience in change management and/or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption

๐ธExcellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings.
๐ธExcellent interpersonal communication and collaboration, and proven ability to work cross functionally.
๐ธStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies.
๐ธAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
๐ธExperience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plus
๐ธExperience in project communication and in planning and managing training programs.
๐ธGood knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe Captivate
