We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator/Scheduler for a year long contract with potential for direct hire. The position will be based in Denver. Ideal candidate will have previous field and/or maintenance experience and have experience building maintenance plans in SAP. For further information about this position please apply. 

Key Accountabilities:
  • Perform daily project management and oversite of brownfield roustabout construction crews
  • Project management by participating in design reviews, site walk downs, materials selection, cost tracking and project close out
  • Provide oversite of contractor work, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate improved construction practices to drive down project costs, downtime and increase safety
  • When necessary, perform corrective maintenance by trouble shooting, analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, diagnostic and reasoning ability.
 Essential Education and qualifications:
  • 10 years in upstream oil and gas construction / maintenance
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with P&ID’s and work management systems (SAP, Maximo, or similar).
  • Experience working with construction / maintenance roustabout crews
  • Proficiency constructing and installing mechanical equipment and automation/instrumentation systems on upstream oil and gas well facilities.
  • Experience working with rotating equipment (pumps, gas driven and electric compressors, etc.…) on upstream oil and gas well facilities.
  • Self-motivated individual who can deliver accurate, quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Responsibilities: 
  • Provides day-to-day management of contractor work and operational priorities
  • Co-ordinates the planning and implementation of construction work
  • Liaises with office and field-based engineers regarding project issues.
  • Ensure compliance of all essential operating procedures and practices for the construction discipline
  • Reports activities that could impact the safe operation of processes and/or systems, including potential process safety and operational optimization issues.
  • Ensures the effective working of the Permit to Work system.
