Criteria & Qualifications    
•    Bachelor of engineering or relevant technical Bachelor’s degree.
•    Minimum of ten years technical experience for WHXT. (Focal point for the  specification, technical assurance, coordination and management of Wellheads and Christmas Trees (WHXT) 
•    Minimum of three years experience in a project management role for provision of WHXT. 
•    Previous experience in WHXT management with preference for large volume projects (200 WH and XT installations per year) or 
      technically complex projects (subsea wells or offshore platforms). Must be able to demonstrate a key role in allocating wellheads, 
        overseeing their installation and managing the coordination/project management. 
•    Experience of key role in competitive tendering for WHXT supply contracts.
•    Demonstrate understanding of key components and common weaknesses in manufacture, supply and coordination of large volume WHXT supply. 
•    Mandatory knowledge of key industry standards and good practice with regards to wellhead manufacturing and supply.  
•    Preferable engineering or technical background. 
•    Mandatory experience of working on land operations, preferably experience in the Middle East. 
•    Strong interpersonal skills and good communicator with fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and preferably Arabic. 
•    Broad experience and knowledge in drilling, workover and well intervention with respect to wellheads and XT.
•    Preferably  experience with a range of WHXT systems, manufacturers and suppliers.
