🔸Degree in Management, Facility Management, Administration, or related field.

🔸Minimum 5 years of experience in camp or facility management, preferably in Oil & Gas industrial projects.

🔸Strong understanding of HSSE standards and compliance.

🔸Experience in team coordination and resource management.

🔸Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of camp management software is a plus.

🔸Ability to adapt and to represent the COMPANY in discussions and meetings with CONTRACTORs, Partners and Authorities,

🔸Ability to embrace and closely monitor Environmental, Social Performances and Security requirements as critical aspects of the Site Project Execution.
