The Commissioning Site Leader/ Specialist is responsible for supporting the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up.
This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities, managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports, and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities for below mentioned discipline.

The basic function is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the discipline are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.
The position requires a high level of knowledge in all types of activities within a petrochemical site and over 10 years of experience with Bachelor's in Engineering (Mandatory). Specific skills include a process or operation background, knowledge of EPCC contract management, and high competencies in OPERCOM® and ICAPS© tools.
