Title: Construction Coordinator / Junior Construction Manager

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator / Junior Construction Manager with a strong electrical background to support a major project and oversee execution across all disciplines. This role mirrors the responsibilities of our recently hired Construction Coordinator but carries expanded leadership scope, with full oversight of project activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day project coordination across all construction disciplines, with particular emphasis on electrical systems and integration.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, field teams, vendors, and leadership to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and quality control across the entire project.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and project management tasks as needed.
• Ensure effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and leadership similar to the existing Construction Coordinator role, but with expanded management responsibilities across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical construction background is required.
• Experience coordinating or managing construction activities (junior construction management level).
• Ability to oversee multi‑discipline workstreams and interface with diverse project teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in similar project environments preferred.
