JOB DUTIES:

Contract Management

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and manage modifications, claims, and closeouts.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to contractual obligations.
• Maintain a centralized database of all contracts and related documents.

Order Management

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all orders and related transactions.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Cost Control

• Collaborate with cost control teams to monitor budgets and expenditures related to contracts and orders.
• Provide input on cost optimization strategies and financial forecasting.
• Ensure alignment between contract terms and cost control objectives.

Technical Coordination

• Apply strong knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, and turbomachinery in contract and order planning.
• Ensure technical specifications are accurately reflected in contracts and order documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to align deliverables with operational needs.
• Verify cost estimates, sales value, and expected profit for completing the work.
• Confirm supplier quotes, delivery acceptability, and customer orders.
• Review and accept terms and conditions.
• Complete the “Order Handover Check Sheet” upon acceptance of a PO/Contract by the Tendering Department and compile necessary documents in a shared system folder.
