Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, or equivalent technical discipline.
Minimum Experience
10 years of experience in offshore oil & gas operations or project coordination roles.
Strong background in offshore planning, logistics integration, and multi entity coordination.
Experience working within SIMOPS-heavy, brownfield or multi project environments is strongly preferred.
Skills
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse DPRs, readiness information, schedules and identify risks/deviations.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural project environment.
Fluent in English; proficient with planning, reporting and coordination tools.
Mandatory offshore safety certifications (T BOSIET, H2S).

JOB PURPOSE 
The Job Holder, who shall act as a Coordinator, supports the planning, alignment, and monitoring of all offshore operations associated with Major Projects.
The role ensures smooth integration of activities across Ruya, NFL, NLQ and other MP Packages/Projects, working in close coordination with FOPS, Drilling & Wells, E&C, Site Base Ops, and EPC Contractors.
This position focuses on planning integration, readiness tracking, marine/logistics oversight at coordination level, and early identification of operational risks.
Execution and site‑level control (PTW, SIMOPS management, field supervision) remain under CSR, package‑specific teams and related CTRs.


ACTIVITIES:
HSE
Promote and reinforce company HSE policies and IF culture through coordination activities.
Ensure all offshore planning and readiness reviews reflect HSE prerequisites (manpower, vessels, procedures, SIMOPS alignment).
Support the Head of Projects Offshore Operations in identifying HSE‑related concerns raised from DPRs, readiness reviews or offshore performance analysis.
Operational Planning & Coordination
Consolidate and coordinate the offshore activity plans across all Major Projects packages, ensuring alignment with FOPS, E&C, Drilling & Wells and other company entities.
Anticipate and communicate any potential activity conflicts, resource overlaps or SIMOPS constraints between projects and operations.
Provide early visibility on offshore readiness gaps to N 1 and to responsible package teams.
Maintain close contact with EPC Contractors’ planning teams to track changes, deviations, and readiness for offshore mobilization
Operational Interface Support
Act as a coordination point between Major Projects and other company entities involved in offshore activities (FOPS, D&W, E&C, HSE, Logistics, Site Base Ops).
Participate in coordination meetings (IOP, OIM call, logistics interfaces, shutdown preparation) as delegated.
Channel information and concerns between offshore stakeholders and Major Projects package teams to ensure consistent situational awareness
Readiness & Performance Monitoring
Review readiness checklists, mobilization plans, and daily progress reports (DPRs) from EPC Contractors.
Highlight concerns, late deliverables, or deviations in offshore execution plans to N 1 and relevant Package Managers.
Support issue resolution when requested by N 1 or Package Managers, ensuring timely coordination with the appropriate Leads (CSR, Package teams, MP Marine, MP Logistics).
Review offshore performance trends (POB, vessel usage, delays, SIMOPS impacts) and identify optimization or improvement opportunities.

Marine & Logistics Coordination (Non-Assurance / Non-Compliance Role)
The Job Holder shall:
Maintain high-level visibility of marine spread allocation, vessel mobilization plans, and offshore logistics constraints.
Coordinate with Lead Marine and Lead Logistics to ensure project offshore plans remain feasible and aligned with actual marine/logistics capacities.
Escalate risks identified during readiness reviews or DPR analysis to the relevant Lead and N 1. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated dashboards and trackers for offshore readiness, operational constraints, and planning status.
Support the preparation of offshore coordination summaries, weekly internal updates, and briefing notes for senior management.
Ensure accurate consolidation of offshore activities across all projects for internal reporting cycles.
