No experience / No degreeWe Currently have an opportunity for a Project Delivery Manager. This will be a 6-month role based residentially in Doha It may be extendable.
Specifically, this role is to coordinate the company's offshore automatic pipeline welding campaigns in the region. This involves a lot of scheduling.
Looking for someone with offshore project scheduling experience and an understanding of personnel/equipment logistics in the region.
Good to have experience with automatic welding
Purpose
The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for effectively managing awarded projects within our organisation. This role entails overseeing the performance of services delivered to clients in accordance with agreed contracts, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and project deadlines to achieve optimal service levels."
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Track milestones, deliverables, and proactively manage changes in project scope and timelines.
Review bid team budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth or margin protection.
Team and Resource Management
Delegate tasks appropriately and manage performance of project team members, contractors, and site personnel.
Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management
Serve as the key point of contact, communicating project expectations clearly and regularly to stakeholders and team members.
Risk, Quality, and Compliance Oversight
Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety standards across all project activities.
Identify and manage project risks, conflicts, dependencies, and critical paths.
Maintain adherence to internal digital project management systems, processes, and governance requirements.
Continuous Improvement and Project Close-Out
Conduct formal project close-out meetings and compile post-project evaluation reports to capture lessons learned.
