What you’ll do

• Lead and strengthen contract & claims management practices across projects
• Identify, assess and manage claims, disputes & change orders
• Support projects in contractual strategy, negotiations & decision-making
• Review and build strong claim dossiers & settlement strategies
• Provide expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Coach and support contract engineers across the portfolio
• Contribute to continuous improvement & lessons learned (REX)

Your profile

• 20+ years’ experience, including 15+ years in projects
• Strong expertise in contracts, claims & dispute management
• Solid understanding of project environment (cost, planning, risk, technical)
• Proven ability to negotiate & influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience in energy / oil & gas is a strong advantage
