Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare detailed maintenance activities (routine, preventive, and corrective) with full execution readiness
• Develop comprehensive work packs including job steps, manpower, materials, tools, and service requirements
• Perform accurate estimation of time, cost, and resources for maintenance jobs
• Execute maintenance planning activities using SAP PM/EAM, including work orders, task lists, and planning data
• Create and maintain maintenance master data (BOM, equipment, spare parts, and item specifications)
• Coordinate closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, and contractors for job execution
• Support maintenance contracts including scope development, technical evaluation, and contractor coordination
• Ensure availability of spares and materials aligned with maintenance schedules
• Monitor work progress and report KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
• Support annual maintenance planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards and Permit to Work (PTW) systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM / EAM (SAP S/4HANA is an advantage)
• Proven experience in work order planning, work pack preparation, and resource estimation
• Good understanding of plant maintenance execution and equipment
• Experience in spare parts planning, inventory coordination, and MRP-related activities
• Familiarity with HSEQ standards and PTW systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in plant maintenance planning (not project planning or construction)
• Strong SAP user with hands-on experience in maintenance transactions and planning
• Experience working in operating plants with structured maintenance systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate execution challenges
• Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments
