Key Requirements:
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); NEBOSH Diploma is an advantage
3–5 years of HSE experience in GCC
Must be currently available in Qatar

Experience in workshop, fabrication, or plant maintenance environments
Strong knowledge of:
Machine guarding
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Permit-to-work systems (hot work, maintenance)
PPE compliance in industrial settings
Background in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing sectors
Experience in toolbox talks, safety inspections, and incident investigations
Familiar with HSE reporting systems (e.g., Synergi or similar)
Confident in enforcing safety compliance on site

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily safety inspections across workshop and fabrication areas
Monitor personnel and ensure adherence to safe work practices
Lead toolbox talks and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Report and investigate incidents; follow up corrective actions
Review and audit permits (hot work, maintenance)
Identify hazards and ensure proper control measures are implemented
