Turnaround Supervisor (Static & Rotating Equipment)

Location: Qatar

We are hiring an experienced Turnaround Supervisor to support shutdown and maintenance activities in a large industrial plant environment.
This role is focused on on-site execution, supervision of technicians and contractors, and ensuring all turnaround activities are completed safely, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Supervise maintenance and turnaround activities for rotating and static equipment
Ø Execute approved turnaround scope based on schedule and work packs
Ø Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and operations
Ø Ensure availability of manpower, tools, and materials before execution
Ø Monitor daily progress and report delays or issues
Ø Ensure full compliance with HSE and permit-to-work systems
Ø Support troubleshooting and resolve site execution issues

Requirements:
Ø Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in plant maintenance, with turnaround exposure
Ø Strong hands-on experience with:
v Turbines, compressors, gearboxes
v Heat exchangers, separators
Ø Experience working in live plant / shutdown environments
Ø Proven ability to supervise teams and manage contractors on site
Ø Knowledge of work permits, safety procedures, and toolbox talks
Ø Familiar with SAP PM / SAP S4 HANA and basic Primavera P6 is an advantage
