Job Title:         Facility Supervisor (Logistics)
  Principal Accountabilities

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics and warehouse services
2. Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules based on equipment specifications, operational requirements, and maintenance best practices.
3. Liaise and negotiate with the IFM supplier regarding material suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
5. Coordinate with maintenance teams, procurement, and other relevant stakeholders to allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment necessary for planned maintenance activities.
6. Resolve any arising problems or complaints from the company’s IFM supplier.
7. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
9. Comply with laws and regulations.
10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history. Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
11. Organize warehouse operations where required.
12. Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
13. Work with other departments to incorporate logistics and warehouse procedures and operations.
14. Evaluate budgets and expenditures.

  Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Logistics qualification or relevant field or experience levels to meet requirements.
• A minimum of 08 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Solid understanding of Logistics and inventory management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
