🔸Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
🔸Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or equivalent experience.
🔸Certification in Training and Development or equivalent experience.
🔸Project Management or Business Analysis certifications, or equivalent experience is a plus
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
🔸Min 6 years relevant experience in change management and/or disruptive technology implementation roles focusing on roll-out and user adoption
𝗝𝗼𝗯-𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰 / 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹):
🔸Excellent understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, specifically related to the implementation of disruptive technology in industrial settings.
🔸Experience in digital delivery and transformation in industrial setting, preferably within the O&G industry is a plus
🔸Experience in project planning and managing training programs.
🔸Good knowledge of training authoring tools, e.g. Adobe Captivate
