We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Representative to join our dynamic Global HR Operations Support team! This team provides comprehensive HR support across National Instruments' (NI) offices in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, collaborating closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, compensation experts, recruiters, and other internal partners. Our team plays a key role in the development, operation, and continuous improvement of HR processes, as well as the coordination of global HR initiatives.

The HR Representative is responsible for the following HR activities:
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for Data Management & Reporting: Handle and maintain reports and audits to ensure data integrity across HR systems and processes.
- KPI Reporting: Own and drive KPI reporting efforts, supporting leadership in the monitoring and execution of KPI initiatives.
- Process Automation: Design, implement, and maintain process automations using O365 tools such as PowerApps, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, Teams, and others.
- Project Support & Change Management: Chip in to HR Operations projects and initiatives aligned with company strategy, including active participation in change management efforts.
- Process & System Maintenance: Oversee the functionality of HR Operations Team processes and systems, including SharePoint sites and ticketing systems.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR Operations and other departments (e.g., IT, Finance) to ensure seamless internal process execution.
- Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Lead and drive process standardization efforts, as well as continuous improvement (CI) activities across HR operations.
- Global Support Issue: Serve as a critical issue point for global operational tasks, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Reporting Expertise: Proficient in creating and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel. Strong focus on precision, reliability, and delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, with a focus on systems, processes, and automation. Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate is a distinct advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR-related software systems.

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, shared services, or HR operations.

- Familiarity with customer service management or ERP software is a plus.
