Function description
Como Gerente de Operaciones Comerciales y Técnicas serás responsable de:
- Desarrollar estrategias, planes y presupuestos para los servicios y ventas en conjunto con la gerencia.
- Planificar visitas por segmento de clientes, definir medios, acciones y recursos por zona comercial.
- Establecer estructuras de precios para soluciones técnicas, procedimientos de cotización, seguimiento y cierre de proyectos.
- Administrar contratos de mantenimiento y repuestos.
- Dirigir y controlar las actividades en el taller, incluyendo ventas, reparaciones y operaciones.
- Coordinar la ejecución de órdenes de trabajo, controlando la entrada y salida de materiales y equipos.
- Mantener el orden y buen estado de equipos y sitios de trabajo, reportando anomalías.
Requirements
El próximo integrante de nuestro equipo deberá poseer los siguientes conocimientos:
- Ingeniería o Técnico Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o Mantenimiento.
- Ingles intermedio - avanzado (se realizará conversación).
- Mínimo 3 años en cargo similar.
- Experiencia con productos similares (selección, configuración y operación).
- Nociones de mecánica de fluidos, materiales y control.
- Conocimiento de los productos y procesos industriales.
- Enfoque en satisfacción al cliente.
