Join a team thatdesigns, verifies, integrates and tests complex radiation hardened integratedcircuits within Honeywell Aerospace. You will develop new integrated circuits andprocesses in support of the organization's business strategies. You will beresponsible for a variety of mixed signal designs, and associated simulationsand verification testing, with a particular focus on I/O design and support. Youwill work closely with world class hardware and software engineers duringplanning, requirements and architecture, design, test and integration phases ofIC Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
-Build Requirements and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions spanning chip-level to cell-level considerations
-Lead the design of ASIC I/O, ESD, and supporting circuitry
-Create, test, and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits
-Field customer questions regarding I/O configurations
-Design to requirements spanning block definitions, schematic creation, and simulation
-Accomplish Design integration, testing, analyses, and iteration
-Plan, design-for, and enable radiation testing of microelectronic circuits
The annual base salaryrange for this position in California and New York (excluding most majormetropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $134,000-$167,000 For Washington and most majormetropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary rangeis $134,000-$167,000 Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
-A minimum of 8 years of experience
-Experience with Siemens/Cadence IC design tools
-Willingness to work in Plymouth, MN or Deer Valley, AZ
WE VALUE
-DDR3, PLL, or SerDes design experience
-Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
-Knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages - e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL
-Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience
-Advanced node and SOI technology design experience
