Assembly Mechanic - Level 2

As an Assembly Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes by assembling and testing mechanical components and systems. Your ability to follow assembly instructions and perform quality checks will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure product conformance
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
• Basic computer skills

    • Experience with precision measuring tools
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills
