Defines sales strategy implementation plan for the relevant business area
Define distribution model and outline channel roadmap for the mass mid segment business
Drives the achievement of targets for the relevant regional and district sales teams through regular reviews, gap closing plans and other actions, as appropriate
Evaluates offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators
Provides direction and leadership to direct reports
Develops relationship with existing and potential key customers
Supports major opportunities in conjunction with the other regional and district teams
Networks effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts
Drive the implementation and usage compliance of all HBT Fire sales processes and tools
Provide team performance reports on a regular basis
Drive sales performance through appropriate measures and incentives
Developing/hiring sales team members
Identifying training/talent upgrade requirements
Effective performance management of the sales team
Coach sales team members to higher levels of performance
Assist in the closing of all significant orders
