Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring! Our WAYCROSS, GA Fiber Glass Systems manufacturing location is seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Family for an immediate job opportunity on our Project Management Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fiberglass projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of fiberglass manufacturing processes.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project management practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the fiberglass or related industry.
• Strong understanding of fiberglass manufacturing processes and technologies, preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
